Staff Instructions
We will supervise the staff re-organization. We strongly believe the staff always require information and assistance throughout a programme of moves. We will visit each nominated team member prior to their group's move to ensure that all aspects of the move are catered for, to assure them that the project will run smoothly, and to issue formal instructions for the packing of crates, etc. It may be that not all staff will be happy with the move and we shall be sensitive to the issues involved.

Crates And Labels
Crates And Labels will be distributed to all staff to enable them to identify their equipment and possessions with the destination details.

Furniture Monitoring
It is essential to ensure the right equipment is moving to the right destination. When the moves commence, distinguishing between individuals possessions becomes rather more difficult. We will use any existing information available and complete a full review of the equipment to be moved. It may be necessary to interview key members of staff to ensure their particular needs are attended to during relocation. Your staff will need to feel confident that they and their possessions are being treated with care. Our Project Manager will work closely with the installation and removal teams and your nominated staff to ensure that the move is smooth and effective, whilst remaining at the same time flexible and responsive to change. On completion of each move we will carry out a snagging inspection of the relocated furniture, and also any new furniture if required. A snagging report will be provided if required. We will check to ensure each item is in place and that each department is satisfied with the move.

Computer Equipment
We will meet with your I.T staff during the planning process to ascertain their specific requirements during the move. All PC's, printers, fax machines, and associated hardware, cabling, and equipment will be wrapped in anti static bubble bags prior to the move. They will then be packed in specialist computer crates for transportation. This equipment will be handled with the utmost care during transportation to ensure that the risk to data integrity is kept to a minimum. Our specialist air suspension vehicles further protect your IT investment whilst in transit.

Specialist Equipment
We have a range of mechanical handling equipment that allows us to move heavy items such as fireproof cabinets, safe's, and photocopiers, whether it be in the building lifts or via stairways. In certain circumstances filing cabinets can be moved fully loaded thus saving the workload of offloading the reloading the contents.

Electrical Provisions
During the planning process we will liaise with you to ascertain the workstation electrical requirements at the new location. This may range from refitting the existing provisions, or upgrading the electrical system to comply with either Health & Safety regulation, or to comply with the requirements of BS6396. We can also carry out any PAT testing required.

Post Installation
We recommend post installation porterage on the first working day to assist with the settling in process. Our staff will be drawn from the move team involved with your project, who will make minor adjustments to the furniture layout where required, hang picture and notice boards, and also clear empty crates to a pre determined area.
